Economate will be @ Climathon 2020
Here’s a heads up for all our amazing environmental followers. Katy and Nick will be supporting this year’s Wellington Climathon – 3-4 April.
150 buzzing and aspiring entrepreneurs will gather in the Victoria University Rutherford House block. Like a hive of problem-solving, creative people, we’ll be finding solutions to Wellington’s future needs as we evolve to adapt to climate change – 24 hours, three themes, endless possibilities.
Take ideas through to reality with business support, ideation, brain-storming and team building. Our coaches will help you balance creativity with pragmatism – while blue sky thinking is encouraged, we’ll help keep it at least in the stratosphere! A a start-up that has (or is) traversed(ing) the hurdles of building a brand we’ll offer guidance and support.
Don’t know anybody? No problemo – you will after spending a whole day developing a social start up for a better Wellington.
With the three themes of Green Transport, Sustainable Spaces and Go Local – there’s plenty of scope to get creative.
